Treat WindowMaker dock applications specially. They are all placed on the right end side of the root window starting from the top. Multiple columns are handled properly.

Installation

Put this in your .sawfishrc

(require 'wmaker)

Configuration

If you experience dockable applications still floating around on the workspace, ignoring our placement, then it might be worth trying this:
